Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Total Pest Control, located in Katghora. The Site Supervisor will oversee pest control operations at client locations, ensure that all work is completed efficiently and according to company standards, and manage a team of technicians. Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety compliance at all times, inspecting premises, and documenting reports. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for addressing client concerns and upholding exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide a technical team effectively
• Knowledge of pest control procedures, safety compliance, and inspection techniques
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and preparing clear, professional reports
• Problem-solving and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to operations
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment associated with pest control is a plus
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in pest control are advantageous
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within pest control or a related field is strongly preferred
• Ability to work on-site and travel to various client locations as required
