Supervisor

As a Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day plant operations, ensuring smooth workflow, monitoring manpower, and maintaining production quality and safety standards. You should have experience in supervising aluminum fabrication or extrusion plant operations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily production activities and allocate work to team members. - Monitor machine performance and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and materials. - Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards. - Maintain proper records of production, attendance, and material usage. - Coordinate with the maintenance, quality, and store departments for smooth operations. - Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. - Report daily production data and any operational issues to the Production In-charge/Manager. - Guide and train workers for better productivity and process efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Production or related field. - 3-6 years of experience in supervisory or production roles (preferably in the aluminum or metal industry). - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Good understanding of production workflow, safety standards, and quality parameters. - Ability to handle teams and meet production targets under pressure.
