We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Manager – PEB & Heavy Fabrication Location: NEOTECH SPECIALITY STRUCTURES Pvt. Ltd., Bobbili, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh – 535558 Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) and heavy fabrication industry. Prior experience with reputed companies like Kirby, Zamil, Pennar, E-Pack , etc., is highly desirable. Must have a track record of achieving 500+ tons/month sales targets. Educational Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering MBA in Marketing (preferred) Key Skills & Requirements: Strong understanding of PEB systems, fabrication processes, and structural steel marketing . Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client partnerships. Familiarity with market trends and pricing strategies in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in PEB and heavy fabrication sectors. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (minimum 500 tons). Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms with clients. Collaborate with the design, production, and execution teams for seamless project delivery.
