Job Description

Contact: 7678909467 We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to handle various miscellaneous tasks across departments in our real estate company. The role involves a mix of office support, field coordination, administrative tasks, and general assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. 1.1 Experience: Min 5 yrs 1.2 Salary: hike on previous salary 1.3 Qualification: Graduation with Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 1.3 Key Responsibilities: General & Field Support: Ø Coordinate daily miscellaneous tasks including document collection/delivery, local purchases, and errands. Ø Liaise with government offices, vendors, banks, and other external parties as needed. Ø Ensure timely completion of fieldwork and provide regular updates to management. Ø Maintain records of all support-related work and expenses. Ø Assist in office inventory and asset tracking. Ø Coordinate basic logistics for meetings, client visits, and internal events. Administrative Support: Ø Assist with simple clerical work like filing, photocopying, or coordination between departments. Ø Support minor errands like collecting quotations, submitting bills, purchasing materials, etc. Ø Maintain general office cleanliness and order through proper supervision of domestic staff. Ø Support logistics for meetings, guest visits, and internal events. Supervision of Domestic & Group Staff: Ø Oversee the daily work schedule of domestic staff (cleaners, pantry boys, office boys, etc.). Ø Allocate daily duties and ensure staff maintain hygiene, punctuality, and discipline. Ø Ensure timely execution of cleaning, pantry, office maintenance, etc. Ø Supervise and guide drivers, peons, helpers, and other group staff. Ø Ensure staff adhere to company conduct, uniform policy, and hygiene standards. Ø Report staff performance or behavioural issues to management and provide first-level conflict resolution and escalate serious issues to the Admin Manager. Ø Maintain staff attendance records, task checklists, and performance reports. Ø Coordinate replacement or backup staff during absences or leaves. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
