Job Description

As a Supervisor, Knowledge Management Specialist at McDonalds, based in the India Global Business Services Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Knowledge Management Lead to ensure alignment of all knowledge-related content with organizational priorities. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date knowledge resources while fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within McDonalds. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the Knowledge Management Lead to develop a global Knowledge Management strategy and policies to meet the needs of corporate and frontline employees across all markets. - Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of all learning content, ensuring accurate and timely updates to relevant documents following policy and procedural changes. - Capture, organize, and maintain knowledge assets such as policies, procedures, best practices, and other relevant information. - Maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date knowledge resources, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Ensure knowledge content remains relevant and up to date, removing or revising outdated or inaccurate information. - Act as a subject matter expert in the knowledge management domain within McDonalds, identifying the need for material updates and ensuring accessibility for both frontline and corporate employees. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - Experience in Human Resources or Employee Experience. - Experience in large, multi-national corporations with a highly matrixed, complex structure. - Experience working across various countries and cultures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Knowledge of learning management systems trends, regulations, and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: - Expertise in Employee Experience & Skills. - Technical knowledge in employee experience and knowledge management. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills. - Effective written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels. - Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations. - Strong business acumen. - Willingness to learn new systems and processes. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and positive attitude. - Ability to influence others and build a strong business case for people as a growth driver. - Continuous improvement and growth mindset.,
