Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning works on-site. The ideal candidate will manage HVAC teams, ensure proper installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems, and maintain high quality and safety standards.

✅ Requirements:

• 3–4 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, specifications, and layouts
• Proven experience supervising HVAC teams
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and MEP standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site HVAC issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance of HVAC teams
• Ensure HVAC works comply with project specifications and drawings
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance
• Manage materials, tools, and inventory for HVAC works
• Enforce safety protocols and report any site issues
