Job Summary

The Supervisor Head is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team, providing guidance, and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Provide clear direction, guidance, and motivation to team members.
  • Delegate tasks and manage workflows to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of projects.
  • Create and manage work schedules, shifts, and assignments.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and foster a collaborative atmosphere.

Performance and Development:

  • Monitor team performance against established goals and metrics.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement training and development plans to enhance team skills and support career growth.
  • Mentor and coach employees to help them reach their full potential.

Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational issues, resolving challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments and senior management to align team activities with broader organizational goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Communication and Conflict Resolution:

  • Serve as the main communication link between employees and senior management.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in a professional and diplomatic manner.
  • Handle customer or client escalations and complaints as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance, attendance, and progress.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on empowering and developing others.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate expectations, provide feedback, and report to management.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build strong relationships, resolve conflicts, and create a positive work culture.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in using relevant software and tools for productivity, communication, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,342.82 - ₹55,864.94 per month
