Job Description: Experience: Min. 6-10 years in Call Center/BPO, with at least 2-3 years as a Lead Operations role. Team Leadership: Managed teams of 30+ headcount. BPO Expertise: Experience with voice and non-voice processes is a must. Performance Management: Ensure seamless service delivery and meet SLAs. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams and clients. Client Interaction: Participate in client calls, quality calibrations, and process updates. Strategic Input: Provide insights on FTE planning, process improvements, and engagement. Flexibility: Work in US time zones and adapt to additional hours as needed.
