Supervisor - Client Integration (Yardi Onboarding)

As a Supervisor in the Real Assets Fund Services group at Citco, your role is crucial in onboarding clients to Citco technology systems. Your responsibilities include analyzing, designing, setting up, and testing fund structures within Citco systems. This involves automating capital transaction processing, consolidations, eliminations, currency exchange, and returns calculations. You will coordinate with various teams to ensure internal workflows meet client needs and regulatory controls. Additionally, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to capture and migrate all necessary data for client reporting and calculation models. Providing Yardi support and best practice guidance to Accounting/Operations is also part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the liaison between Client staff and Accounting/Operations for client onboarding - Analyze, design, setup, and test fund structures within Citco systems - Coordinate with teams to ensure internal workflows meet client needs and regulatory controls - Work with stakeholders to capture and migrate necessary data for client reporting - Provide Yardi support and best practice guidance - Participate in process and system enhancement projects - Maintain a proactive customer focus at all times Team Management: - Review team members" work and provide feedback for improvement - Plan resources in line with business demands, lead, coach, and develop the team - Keep Senior Management informed of issues affecting deliverables - Implement training and coaching initiatives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or Computer Science Engineering/Technology - 4+ years of commercial real estate and/or private equity experience - Strong analytical and integration experience with complex data sets - Strong Excel skills - Experience working in multiple jurisdictions & time-zones preferred - Yardi Voyager experience essential - Knowledge of other real estate accounting systems beneficial - Strong communication and written skills - Team management experience beneficial Citco values your wellbeing and offers a range of benefits, training, and flexible working arrangements to support your career success and personal needs.
