Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily on-site operations and manage construction teams (laborers, masons, etc.). Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Ensure safety measures and protocols are strictly followed on-site. Track material usage and inventory, report shortages, and coordinate with the procurement team. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Inspect work progress, quality, and workmanship, raising issues to the project engineer as needed. Maintain project documentation and ensure records of site work, inspections, and communications are updated. Resolve on-site issues or escalate them to the project manager/engineer. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents. Good leadership and team management skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email). Strong communication and organizational abilities. Preferred Attributes: Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of local construction codes and labor regulations. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in basic project reporting tools or construction software is an advantage.
