Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily on-site operations and manage construction teams (laborers, masons, etc.). Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Ensure safety measures and protocols are strictly followed on-site. Track material usage and inventory, report shortages, and coordinate with the procurement team. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Inspect work progress, quality, and workmanship, raising issues to the project engineer as needed. Maintain project documentation and ensure records of site work, inspections, and communications are updated. Resolve on-site issues or escalate them to the project manager/engineer.
