As a Talent Consultant - Supervising Associate at EY, you will have the opportunity to support the Talent agenda for a business unit in EY GDS. You will be the key point of contact for employees, counselors, and business unit leadership on various talent-related matters. Your role will involve driving the engagement agenda, implementing change leadership, increasing workforce capability, and talent management. You will play a crucial role in understanding business unit direction and ensuring successful implementation of key projects and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the Strategic Talent Consultant in designing an engagement framework and take ownership for its delivery - Provide support to business leaders and counselors in implementing engagement initiatives - Anticipate and address issues within the business unit effectively - Provide insights on people issues, including Employee Relations cases, and offer a robust perspective on business decisions - Execute innovative HR programs and ensure resolution of HR-related issues within the given timeline - Facilitate change and support special projects and initiatives in the business unit - Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage risks effectively **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Strong business acumen and commercial awareness - Ability to engage and influence others, with good change management skills - Client-focused with the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders - Experience in Employee Relations activities, especially at senior management level - Ability to work with ambiguity and build consensus across diverse groups **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Business or Human Resource discipline - 6-8 years of proven HR generalist experience - Relevant experience in delivering/managing talent initiatives **Additional Details about EY:** EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and global network that spans six locations worldwide.
