Superintendent - Technical TSHD

Role Overview: As a candidate for the position, your role will involve budgeting, planning, and supervising scheduled maintenance and dry docking of vessels. You will play a critical role in the Emergency Response Organization, responding to any vessel casualty to ensure the preservation of life and the vessel under crisis conditions. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for Vessel, OEM, Shipyard, Port Agency, Commercial, and Finance Team. Your responsibilities will also include advising corrective action for non-conformities, accidents, and hazardous occurrences reported by the vessels under your charge, as well as ensuring time-bound compliance with all Class and statutory requirements to prevent Detention/Arrest of vessels. You will be responsible for managing and mentoring junior staff and technical personnel, planning and procuring services and spares in a timely manner, and monitoring fuel consumption on a daily basis.
