Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Costing

Perform standard and actual product costing using SAP.
Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM), routing, and overheads to ensure accurate cost build-up.
Support new product costing and pricing decisions.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to validate cost assumptions.

2. Variance Analysis

Monitor and analyze cost variances (material, labor, overhead).
Investigate root causes of variances and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare monthly variance reports for management review.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes with variance insights.

3. Inventory Management

Ensure accurate valuation of inventory in SAP.
Perform periodic inventory reconciliations and physical stock audits.
Analyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory and propose provisions.
Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for inventory control.

Preferred candidate profile

CMA qualified or semi-qualified

Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector with hands-on SAP usage.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
