Role Overview: As a Succession Planning Consultant at our company, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules to support various projects related to talent management. Your role will involve participating in the implementation, rollout, and support of Succession Planning modules, ensuring accurate configuration and data management activities. Key Responsibilities: - Possess an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources and have at least 3-5 years of experience in HR Talent Management domain in reputed MNCs. - Hold the latest SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning Certification. - Demonstrate 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM Talent Management modules, specifically in Greenfield implementation, Rollout, and AMS projects. - Showcase 2-4 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning module, including participation in Greenfield implementation, Rollout, and AMS projects. - Engage in the creation of Configuration Workbooks with accuracy. - Utilize hands-on experience in Provisioning settings and Admin center settings for SF-Succession Planning. - Manage data migration and data management activities within the SF-Succession Planning module.
