SuccessFactors Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SuccessFactors projects within established timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and tailor solutions to their business needs
• Manage project resources, including team assignments and vendor relationships
• Facilitate meetings and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and project visibility
• Monitor project milestones, progress, and KPIs, addressing any challenges proactively
• Provide training and support to clients during and after the implementation phase
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and best practices
• Managing the Data migration part
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Project Management, or related field
• Proven experience in managing SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
