SuccessFactors Project Manager

As a skilled SuccessFactors Project Manager at Mller's Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that projects are aligned with objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include leading the planning, execution, and delivery of SuccessFactors projects within established timelines and budgets. You will work with clients to gather requirements and customize solutions to meet their specific business needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project resources, including team assignments and vendor relationships, and facilitating communication with stakeholders to ensure project visibility and alignment. Monitoring project milestones, progress, and KPIs, and addressing any challenges proactively will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also provide training and support to clients throughout and after the implementation phase, ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Staying updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and best practices will be essential, as well as managing the data migration part of the projects. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing SuccessFactors implementation projects, a strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, and excellent leadership and team management skills are required. Effective communication, stakeholder management abilities, proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously are essential. While certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, your experience and skills in project management within the HR technology space will be the key factors in your success in this role.,
