Job Description

Role Overview: Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) is a subsidiary of Mizuho Bank, Ltd, aimed at creating a global processing centre for handling banking and IT operations for Mizuho Banks worldwide. The company is guided by a culture of ethical values, diversity, and key pillars like Mutual Respect, Discipline, and Transparency. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc. based on technical requirements. - Act as a liaison between HR and IT teams to align technical solutions with HR operational goals. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications, ensuring system performance and reliability. - Conduct training sessions for HR and stakeholders, develop user guides, and optimize reports and dashboards. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and data protection standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant or similar role. - Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules and configuration. - Strong understanding of HR processes and IT systems integration. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Additional Skills (Preferred): Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules, experience with data migration and integration tools, knowledge of HRIS, and other ERP systems.
