We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Services Operations Manager to join our Revenue Excellence team. As the Professional Services Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with Professional Services leadership to streamline processes, manage tools, operationalize the business strategy, guide data-driven decisions, and optimize for growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and optimizing the tools and systems utilized by the Professional Services team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will also be tasked with developing and standardizing Professional Services processes to ensure consistency and scalability, as well as tracking and monitoring key professional services metrics to drive analytical insights and recommendations for improvements. Additionally, you will own the bookings and revenue forecasting process, leading to higher levels of forecasting accuracy. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, collaborating cross-functionally on improvements, and designing/maintaining compensation plans while working with Finance on design and execution. Furthermore, you will establish success metrics and definitions across the Professional Services team, along with the associated reporting and dashboards needed by team members. Being a trusted partner to the Professional Services Leadership, you will define, track, and implement goals, programs, and strategies that scale. Your role will involve providing suggestions to business processes to keep up with organizational changes and act as a subject matter expert for the PS team on all processes related to services. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in a Professional Services Operations role at a technology company, with a strong understanding of paid services/implementation lifecycle. Salesforce familiarity is a must, along with expertise in Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools. You should possess strong analytical and reporting skills, excellent organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
