Growth Marketing Manager, Play Games Go-To-Market

As a Marketing Manager at Google, you will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving user engagement for Google Play Games. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies, plan content experiences, evaluate campaign performance, and collaborate with various marketing disciplines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define Go-To-Market strategies and plans, including value proposition, lifecycle, promotion, and content strategies. - Own the planning and execution of content experiences to grow the relationship with users. - Evaluate opportunities to enhance the performance of campaigns and experiences, and provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. - Collaborate with a cross-functional group to design and execute detailed plans, operating across marketing disciplines such as branding, outbound marketing, merchandising, CRM, and growth marketing. - Define success metrics and goals, monitor success, and guide the team in adjusting strategies based on insights. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (e.g., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social). - Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - 5 years of experience in growth marketing or product marketing, particularly on a consumer product. - Excellent creative, design, and copywriting/editorial skills with a deep understanding of how to direct messaging and visuals to market and channel. - Experience in push marketing (email/notifications), CRM, Gaming, mobile, loyalty programs, or e-commerce. - Experience partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX designers to drive business strategy. - Excellent problem-solving and quantitative reasoning skills.,
