Director, Strategy & Transformation

Role Overview: As a Strategy Manager in the healthcare industry, you will lead the discovery and strategy framing for priority AI use cases across UM/CM. Your role will involve building value cases and success metrics, orchestrating cross-functional teams, owning the proposal development process, crafting compelling narratives, driving pricing and contracting strategy support, maintaining the asset library, managing proposal operations, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Lead discovery and strategy framing for priority AI use cases across UM/CM - Build value cases and success metrics and convert them into exec-ready narratives - Orchestrate cross-functional teams to stand up pilots and scale wins - Own the proposal development process from intake through submission - Craft compelling narratives that align with win themes and client pain points - Drive pricing and contracting strategy support - Maintain and continuously improve the asset library - Manage proposal operations, including pipeline tracking, version control, deadlines, and retrospectives - Mentor and guide junior team members Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in management/strategy consulting or internal strategy; healthcare experience strongly preferred - Demonstrated leadership delivering end-to-end strategy work with measurable outcomes - Strong analytical and written communication skills - Knowledge of pricing models, compliance workflows, and procurement processes in enterprise and public sector RFPs - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred (Note: The additional details of the company are not provided in the job description),
