Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Primary Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Business Analytics in MBA or B. Com / BBA with specialization in Business Analytics

· Requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)

· Translating business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories

· Workflows, and conceptual mock-ups

· Product demos and internal training sessions

· SME-level expertise and customer support

· Collaboration with developers, QA, and cross-functional teams

· Customer-centric mindset with ability to handle client queries and support issues.

· Reporting and tracking project metrics

· Preparing stakeholder reports and presentations

· Strong learning ability and adaptability

· Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and opportunities

· Research and analytical skills to track industry advancements and market trends

· Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences

· Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with multiple teams

· Managing multiple tasks with flexibility and a proactive approach

· Should be Proactive with a Good Attitude.

· Basic JavaScript knowledge for customizations

· Open API, Rest API and Webhooks Integrations Knowledge.

Secondary Skills:

· Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Access, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

· Self-starter with expert time and task management skills

· Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
