Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Experience: 2-3 years

Work Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (two Saturdays off in a month, after probation)

ABOUT THE ROLE-

Aviotron Aerospace is looking for a dynamic Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong academic background in either Physics, Robotics, Machine Learning, Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering. This role involves transforming complex STEM concepts into engaging teaching aids like PPTs, curriculum notes, activities and other visual explanations for K-12 students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

· Develop clear, engaging presentations, teaching aids and session materials for K-12 STEM modules.

· Simplify complex scientific and engineering concepts into student-friendly content.

· Collaborate with the learning, curriculum and training teams to design hands-on activities and learning tools.

· Review and ensure technical accuracy of all STEM content.

· Support training and development teams with explanations, demonstrations and content improvements.

· Conduct research to keep content aligned with latest industry trends, NEP 2020 and emerging technologies.

REQUIREMENTS-

· Master’s degree in Physics with electronics / Mechanical / Electronics / Robotics / Machine Learning is mandatory.

· 2-3 years of relevant experience in teaching, STEM education, content creation and/or content editing.

· Strong conceptual understanding with the ability to break down concepts visually and creatively.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Passion for teaching, education enhancement, innovation and hands-on learning.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
