Subject Matter Expert (SME)

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Academic Content Development, your role will primarily involve academic content development, creation of assessments, textbook development, and chapter writing. Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresh graduate with a Master's degree, your passion for content creation is highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Content Development: Craft engaging academic content such as lesson plans, study guides, and well-structured chapters. - Instructional Designer: Utilize your knowledge or gain experience in instructional design. - Assessment Creation: Develop various types of questions aligned with curriculum standards. - Book & Chapter Writing: Contribute to the development of educational materials. - Quality Review & Editing: Ensure content quality, clarity, accuracy, and alignment with learning objectives. - Curriculum Alignment: Ensure compliance with the latest educational guidelines. - Collaboration: Work with a team to create student-friendly content. - Feedback Implementation: Amend content based on feedback from reviewers and subject experts. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Masters degree in a relevant subject, welcoming freshers. - Strong understanding of K10 subjects and specialization in higher grades. - Proficiency in research, writing, and content structuring. - Familiarity with MS Word, LaTeX, and content creation tools (preferred). - Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under guidelines. - Passion for education and academic content creation.
