The Client is looking for Subject Matter Expert and below is the job description
· Expert Guidance: Serve as the primary resource for Medical Coding expertise.
· Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to optimize coding operations and processing.
· Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide support to coding staff.
· Issue Resolution: Address complex issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes.
· Compliance: Ensure coding practices meet regulatory standards and perform regular audits.
Job Specification:
· Education: Any Bachelor’s degree in a related field
· Experience: 4+ years in medical coding with specialty EM IP & OP.
· Skills: In-depth knowledge of coding processes, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software.
