Job Description

As a Subject Matter Expert (HR) at Nway Technologies Pvt Ltd, your role will involve providing first-line support to clients through telephone, email, and tickets as per the company's guidelines. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly, answering customer queries, and managing client data efficiently within the software. Your communication skills will play a crucial role in maintaining clear and valuable interactions with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-line support to clients via telephone/email/tickets. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner. - Answer customer questions and manage client data in the software. - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. - Identify and resolve system issues and suggest improvements. - Offer strategic guidance on various ERP modules to client personnel. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred. - Microsoft certification would be advantageous. - Previous experience in a support role is required. - Familiarity with remote desktop applications. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Outstanding interpersonal skills.,
