Job Description

Role Overview: Nway Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (HR) to join their Support department in Indore. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, managing client data, facilitating communication with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and providing strategic guidance on various ERP modules. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-line support to clients via telephone/email/tickets as per company guidelines. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner. - Answer customer questions. - Receive, review, and manage client data in the software. - Facilitate clear communication with clients. - Coordinate with internal teams to identify and resolve issues and improve system and services. - Provide strategic guidance to client personnel on different ERP modules. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred. - Microsoft certification is advantageous. - Previous experience in a support role. - Experience with remote desktop applications. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills.
