Roles and Responsibilities

  • Possess strong communication skills for effective interaction with international clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in a similar role or industry (BPO/Call Centre).
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe products and their applications.
  • Excellent English language proficiency for clear communication with international clients.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including US process timings (24/7 operation).
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support services.
