Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Biology)

Work Model: Hybrid (Initial office-based training, followed by hybrid mode based on performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (Biology) to join our academic content team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Biology from Classes 5 to 12 (CBSE board) and the ability to create engaging, accurate, and student-friendly digital content.

This role involves content creation, teacher support, and creative input to make Supalearn’s Biology curriculum more interactive, insightful, and technology-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop clear, concept-based, and engaging Biology content for Classes 5–12 (CBSE board).
• Question Paper & Answer Key Preparation:

Create topic-wise and chapter-wise question papers, worksheets, and detailed solutions.

• Teacher Training:

Conduct sessions for teachers to explain newly created content, structure, and effective usage.Collect feedback from teachers and users to enhance and update existing content.Contribute to the development of interactive, visually engaging, and activity-based learning materials.Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong subject expertise in Biology (Classes 5–12 CBSE syllabus).
• Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience (preferably with EdTech platforms).
• Proficiency in using a laptop and basic digital tools (Google Workspace, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Good working laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or other educational AI assistants for content ideation and enhancement.
• Basic awareness of other boards such as Kerala State Board, ICSE, and IGCSE.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong research and analytical thinking skills.

Work Model & Evaluation:

• Initial Phase: Work from office for onboarding and training.
• Post-Training: Hybrid model (based on performance and content quality).
• Evaluation: Continuous based on creativity, accuracy, productivity, and collaboration.

Preferred Qualities:

• Passionate about simplifying complex Biology concepts for students.
• Open to using digital and AI tools to create smarter learning experiences.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable and proactive in learning new skills.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology / Botany / Zoology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry or related fields.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
