Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Subcon Manager located in Coimbatore. The Subcon Manager is responsible for coordinating subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with project agreements, and managing subcontractor performance. Daily tasks include vendor selection, contract negotiations, monitoring project progress, and resolving any issues that may arise. The role also involves liaising with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Subcontract, OSP).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in subcontracting, contract management, or procurement.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management and risk management principles.
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Zero base cost study in fabrication & Machining components
• Supplier development & Procurement skill added advantage
• Strong analytical skill and proven track record of fabrication.
