JOB DUTIES: The international sales manager is responsible for the sale of REL machines and parts to customers in the designated region. Leads a team typically comprised of technical support, application experts, and product support field personnel to achieve goals. Meet/Exceed Business Plan Sales and Market Share targets for all machines and work tools sold into the specific geographical regions Responsible for “selling the house” (integrated solutions) and assist in merchandising dealer service Develop Marketing Plans to Achieve BP for Machines, Rental, Parts & Work Tools Oversee service goodwill spending on all products within industry segment Ensure customer satisfaction through management of product and commercial issues Leads service tech reps for focus on quality to achieve key metrics related to Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) and service capability. Report on competitive activities including machine & work tools competitive pricing (Lost Sales Reporting). Develop relevant reports on trends required to support necessary Business Reviews. Knowledge and experience in handling customer complaint, warranty practices and procedures. Broad knowledge of mining industry and with experience in selling to mining companies, contractors and dealers in designated regions and strong understanding of dealers as well as customers is also required. The position requires Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Mining, Electrical MBA with specialization in Marketing – Desirable. 7 to 10 years in B2B sales experience within mining industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Subcon Manager located in Coimbatore. The Subcon Manager is responsible for coordinating subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with project agreements, and managing subcontractor performance. Daily tasks include vendor selection, contract negotiations, monitoring project progress, and resolving any issues that may arise. The role also involves liaising with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Subcon tract, OSP). Minimum of 10 years of experience in subcon tracting, contract management, or procurement. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management and risk management principles. Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
