Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update databases related to unit possession, documentation, and customer readiness.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on possession status, pending cases, and escalations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Projects, Accounts, Facility, Legal) to ensure timely handovers.
Provide data insights to management for decision-making and process improvements.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data and records.
Prepare dashboards, trackers, and analytical summaries for management reviews.
Support the possession team in resolving discrepancies and ensuring smooth customer experience.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
Knowledge of
MIS tools, CRM
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
