Roles & Responsibilities:

Career Launcher is seeking a talented individual who possesses the ability to understand the profile of the prospects and recommend the right course/college/university to drive applications/admissions.

• End to end knowledge of the entire admission process of any 2 countries is a must.

• Advising potential students on CL test preparation products such as GMAT, GRE, IELTS,

SAT, etc.

• Advising potential students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for

accommodation, and preparing students for their studies overseas. - Applying to various

universities/colleges overseas.

• Liaising with students for documentations, payment,s etc. Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.
• Act as a primary point of contact for all destination-level queries for CL Study Abroad

centres.

• Ensure process compliance and timely reporting. Maintain up-to-date records of program

requirements following internal processes. Ensure CRM is up-to-date

• Work in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams on go-to-market

strategies to increase student enrolment and conversion.

Profile Requirements

• You should have at least 2 years of experience in the destination you have applied for,

preferably in a study abroad agency environment.

• Hands-on experience in Filing Visa Applications with the respective embassies is a plus point.
• Excellent communication skills with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
