About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Studio Resource Lead to join Our company's Art Department. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth functioning of creative operations, including efficient project trafficking, resource allocation, and quality control across diverse deliverables. The Studio Resource Lead will be responsible for managing resources, balancing workloads, and ensuring seamless collaboration across global creative teams. You will act as the central point of contact between creative, marketing, and operations functions, ensuring projects are executed with precision, delivered on time, and aligned with brand standards. This position requires a unique blend of project management expertise, organizational skills, and creative understanding. A background in B2B creative services and prior experience managing complex, large-scale projects will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Resource Management

  • Lead

    resource planning and allocation

    , ensuring optimal utilization of designers, copywriters, and production staff across projects.
  • Oversee

    end-to-end project trafficking

    , managing timelines, deliverables, and workflows for both print and digital creative assets.
  • Ensure a balance between

    resource availability, skillsets, and project priorities

  • Proactively forecast resource needs and align staffing to meet business demands.

Workflow & Process Management

  • Establish, monitor, and improve

    processes and workflows

    for creative project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, creative leads, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of resource allocation, timelines, and project status.

Quality Control & Delivery

  • Ensure all creative outputs meet

    high-quality standards

  • Implement quality assurance checkpoints to minimize errors and rework.
  • Monitor performance metrics to track efficiency and accuracy in project delivery.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with

  • Partner with marketing, design, and operations teams to align creative execution with strategic goals.
  • Act as the

    primary liaison

    between creative teams and business stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

Tools & Reporting

    Jira, Workfront, or Asana

    to track progress, allocate resources, and generate reports.
  • Provide regular status updates and resource utilization reports to leadership.
  • Monitor KPIs related to project efficiency, resource optimization, and turnaround times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    5+ years of experience

    in studio management, resource management, or creative project management.
  • Proven expertise in

    resource allocation, trafficking, workflow management, and quality control

    within creative environments.
  • Hands-on experience with

    project management tools

    such as Jira, Workfront, or other enterprise workflow systems.
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B creative operations

    across print, digital, and marketing assets.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A creative background or experience in design/marketing will be considered a strong advantage.
