We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager for Design & Production to lead our creative team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management and a passion for delivering high-quality creative solutions. Responsibilities Oversee the design and production processes within the studio to ensure quality and efficiency. Manage a team of designers and production staff, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding design solutions. Maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. Implement best practices in design and production to enhance the studio's workflow and output quality. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster professional growth. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 5-9 years of experience in design and production management, preferably in a studio environment. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Solid understanding of project management principles and tools to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
