Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of electrical systems using EPLAN, including panel manufacturing (in-house or outsourced).
Review BOMs, costings, material planning, and execution for all projects.
Oversee the development and deployment of OT software, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
Drive standardization across electrical designs and OT programming to improve efficiency and quality.
Ensure projects meet target timelines, budgets, and quality standards from an electrical and OT perspective.
Lead and support the OT team, plan work, manage resources, and review team performance.
Conduct regular meetings with electrical teams to align project goals and deadlines.
Coordinate with external partners and cross-functional teams (CFT) for outsourced projects.
Integrate third-party automation hardware such as servo motors, valve banks, and power sources.
Implement automation technologies including robotics, machine vision, motion control, and electrical design using EPLAN.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, ECTC, or a related engineering field.
Hands-on experience in EPLAN electrical design, panel layout, BOM preparation, and electrical project execution.
Strong expertise in automation technologies including PLC/HMI, SCADA, robotics, machine vision, and motion control.
Hands-on experience with Siemens OT automation components such as S7-1200 and S7-1500 CPUs, HMI, and SCADA.
Proficient in integrating third-party automation hardware
