ThisroleispartoftheSpecialPurposeMachine(SPM)functionatKalwa,whichissegmentedinto threecoresub-functions:Mechanical,ElectricalCOT(OperationalTechnology/OT),and
ManufacturingIT.Eachsub-functionhasitsrespectiveleadersreportingtoSPMheadposition.
.LeadthedesignanddevelopmentofelectricalsystemsusingEPLAN,includingpanel manufacturing (in-houseor outsourced), BOM review, costing, material planning, and execution.
.OverseethedevelopmentanddeploymentofOperationalTechnology(OT)software, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
.DrivestandardizationacrosselectricaldesignsinEplan,andOTprogrammingforincreased efficiencyandquality.
.Ensureprojectsmeettargettimelines,budgets,andqualitystandardsfromtheelectrical andOTperspective.
.LeadandsupportOperationalTechnology(OT)team.
.Planwork,manageresources,andreviewteamperformance.
.Holdregularmeetingswithelectricalteamstokeeptheteamalignedwithprojectgoalsand deadlines.
.AlignmentwithexternalpartnersCCFTincaseofoutsourcedprojects.
.Bachelor'sdegreeinElectronics,Electrical,Instrumentation,ECTC,orarelatedengineering field.
.Over 15yearsof experience in machine buildingand OperationalTechnology(OT)systems withinthemanufacturingindustry.HandsonexperienceonEplanelectricaldesign,Panel Layout,BOM,electricalexecutionoftheprojects.
.StrongexpertiseinautomationtechnologiesincludingPLC/HMI,SCADA,robotics,machine vision,motioncontrol,andelectricaldesignusingEPLAN.
.Hands-onexperiencewithSiemensOTautomationcomponentssuchasS7-1200andS7- 1500 CPUs, HMI, and SCADA systems.
.Proficientinintegratingthird-partyautomationhardwarelikeservomotors,valvebanks, powersources,oscilloscopes,andotherindustrialequipment.
.Knowledgeofindustrialrobotandcollaborativerobot(cobot)programming,withexperience insystemintegrationforapplicationssuchasassemblyandmaterialhandling.
.PracticalunderstandingofindustrialcommunicationprotocolsincludingTCP/IP,PROFINET, PROFIBUS, RS-232, and others.
.Experienceinintegratingcustomsolutionslikelabelprintingsystems,lasermarking machines,andthird-partydeviceinterfaces.
.ExperienceinhandlingnetworkarchitecturerelatedtoIT-OTintegration,platformsrequired forintegratingmachineswithITnetworklikeOPCUA,NedRED.
.Abilitytomanageandguideexternalvendorsforsystemintegration,conceptdevelopment, andexecutionofoutsourcedprojects.
.Practicalexperiencewithpneumaticandhydraulicsystems,includingawiderangeof valvesandmotioncontrolsystemssuchasSiemensandFesto,combinedwith troubleshootingskills.
.Goodatproblem-solvingandthinkingahead.
