Studio Manager

As a professional and customer service-oriented studio manager, you will oversee daily operations at the studio. You will supervise the operational and organizational standards, undertake administrative tasks, monitor inventory levels, and develop business strategies. Responsibilities: - Complete studio operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results. - Maintain store staff through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. - Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions. - Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories. - Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales, and respond to customer complaints and comments. - Greet customers entering the studio, assist them with their needs, describe services, and explain proper tattoo aftercare. - Assist customers and artists with appointment scheduling and understand and use Zoho CRM. Required Skills: - Graduate degree or at least 5 years of experience in the field or related area. - Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. - Strong leadership and customer management abilities. - Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
