Job Description

As a member of the customer delight team at the tattoo studio, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio. This will involve tasks such as calling new leads, following up with prospects, scheduling client appointments, managing in-store customers, assisting tattoo artists and studio managers, and more. Your duties will include calling new leads and conducting follow-ups to increase the studio's revenue, as well as scheduling appointments and managing the overall studio operations. You will also be responsible for inventory tracking, capturing customer details as per the process, and providing an immersive customer service experience. Building strong client relationships and collecting reviews, feedback, and surveys will be essential parts of your role, as well as understanding clients" requirements and recommending the right products or services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with great people skills and customer service abilities, are crucial for success in this position. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience working with CRM systems, previous sales or store management experience, and a strong attention to detail are all highly desirable skills for this position.,
