Student Visa Counselor (Surat)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to warm and hot leads provided, answer queries regarding student visas, and convert leads into walk-ins.
• Attend inbound/telephonic queries and convert them into walk-ins.
• Follow up with leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into prospective students.
• Identify students’ skills, interests, and career goals to provide personalized guidance.
• Advise students and parents on study abroad options (USA, Australia, Dubai, and other countries) to help them make informed decisions.
• Counsel students on course/program selection, study habits, career planning, and educational pathways overseas.
• Provide accurate information on immigration and visa policies, procedures, and timelines.
• Assist students in shortlisting universities/colleges and suitable programs.
• Guide students in preparing SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other profile-building documents.
• Follow up with students, handle queries, and manage the registration process.
• Participate in business development and marketing initiatives to attract prospective students.
• Maintain weekly/monthly reports on student conversions and target achievements.
• Keep accurate records of all registered students, visa statuses, and communication logs.
• Attend university training programs, workshops, and events to stay updated.
• Travel to other locations for events, training, and sales support as required.
• Hire, train, and mentor new team members, ensuring timely submissions and quality work.
• Manage online presence: request reviews (Google, Facebook, website), update website content (courses, testimonials, news, events, visa updates), and handle live chat queries.
• Achieve sales targets for the assigned countries.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors to support organizational growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum

  1–3 years of experience

  in

  Student Visa Counseling

  .
• Must have handled

  USA / Australia / Dubai

  study visa cases.
• Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
