Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Track student attendance, assignment completion, and weekly test performance.
  • Maintain academic progress dashboards and flag deviations.
  • Coordinate with AMA Mentors for doubt resolutions and improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular student/parent interactions to review performance and address concerns.
  • Motivate students, ensure participation, and provide academic/ emotional support.
  • Maintain accurate student records and support internal academic operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (English required; Hindi/regional languages preferred).
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to counsel students.
  • Basic understanding of the MBBS curriculum (preferred).
  • Good organizational and data-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree; experience in academic coordination or student support preferred.
