Student Success Team Coordinator

the About the Role:
The Student Success Team Coordinator will guide MBBS students through their preparation for global medical licensing exams. This role ensures academic monitoring, student engagement, mentor coordination, and consistent communication with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track student attendance, test completion, and academic progress.
• Coordinate with AMA Mentors for doubt-solving and performance improvement.
• Conduct regular student/parent communication and share performance reports.
• Motivate students and ensure active engagement in study activities.
• Maintain accurate student records and support academic processes.
• Act as an academic guardian providing guidance and emotional support.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong English communication; regional languages preferred.
• Empathy, patience, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of the MBBS curriculum (preferred).
• Good organization, coordination, and data analysis skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education/Healthcare/Management preferred).
• Experience in academic coordination, counselling, or EdTech is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
