About the Role

SST Associate

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for students for academic and operational support.
Address student queries, concerns, and feedback related to classes, schedules, tests, faculty, and center activities.
Coordinate with faculty, batch managers, and academic teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Assist in managing class schedules, attendance tracking, doubt sessions, and test conduction.
Maintain accurate documentation of student issues, escalations, and resolutions.
Support onboarding of new students, orientation sessions, and parent interactions.
Monitor student discipline, classroom behavior, and overall center hygiene.
Collaborate with counselling and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with high ownership
Strong coordination and follow-up ability
Student-first attitude with patience and empathy
Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Sheets, Docs)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation in any discipline
0–3 years of experience in student support/operations/counselling (EdTech preferred)
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Must be comfortable with an
onsite role
