IT Course Counsellor & Student Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Counselling & Conversions

• Speak with prospective candidates (calls, WhatsApp, email, in-person) to understand their career or learning needs.
• Explain IT and STEM courses in

  clear, beginner-friendly language

  (no heavy jargon unless the candidate is advanced).
• Recommend the right course(s) based on skill level, career goals, and interests.
• Achieve

  monthly enrollment targets

  by converting leads into paying students.

2. Student Support & Retention

• Ensure students stay on track and complete their courses on time.
• Arrange trainers, one-on-one sessions, or daily backups as required.
• Handle any issues—technical, scheduling, or learning-related—quickly and professionally.
• Monitor progress via LMS and follow up proactively.

3. Coordination & Administration

• Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with trainers, support teams, and management for smooth delivery.
• Prepare weekly performance and conversion reports.

Requirements

• Education:

  Minimum graduate degree (IT or related field preferred, but not mandatory).

• Skills:

• Strong communication & persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of

  programming

  and IT terms (Python, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc.) to explain courses effectively.
• Time management & problem-solving abilities.

• Experience:

• Prior experience in

  education counselling

  , sales, or IT training is a plus.
• Freshers with strong tech understanding and communication skills can also apply.
