Student Success Associate

Job Title: Student Success Associate Finance programs

Department: EdTech - Finance

Location: Thane

Reports To: Marketing and Sales Head

Salary: 15k to 25k

What Youll Do:

• Program Execution: Manage the day-to-day operations of our FRM, CFA, SCR and Other

Finance programs, ensuring everything from course content to student engagement for

customer success.

• Student Success Champion: Be the go-to person for students, guiding them through

their learning journey, solving doubts, and helping them smash their goals.

• Process Improvement: Identify areas to optimize processes and enhance program

efficiency like organizing webinars, doubt-solving sessions, and other academic activities

that make learning interactive and fun.

• Performance Tracking: Define and track success metrics for program like student

progress, engagement and performance, provide insights and reports based on same.

• Innovation and Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends and innovations in

educational finance, and work closely with the product and marketing teams to adapt

programs based on customer feedback and market changes.

What Youll Need:

• Experience: 2+ years in program management, student support, or content creation

(bonus points if its in finance education).

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or Education (FRM/CFA/SCR

designation is a huge plus).

• Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills, with an analytical mind-set

that helps you track student performance and make data-driven improvements.

• Communication Superpowers: You can break down complex finance concepts and

explain them in a way that’s clear, engaging, and fun.

• Passion for Education: You love helping students succeed and have a knack for making

learning enjoyable.

• Leadership Skills: You’ll be leading a team of mentors and instructors, so strong team

management skills are a must.
