Student Services Officer

As a Student Support Officer (SSO), your role is to ensure a delightful customer service experience by developing a strong rapport with the Students & Parents. You will be responsible for addressing their concerns promptly and collaborating with parents, teachers, branch heads, and other stakeholders to create a favorable learning environment for the students. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing a strong rapport with Students & Parents - Offering quick resolutions to the concerns raised by Students & Parents - Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a favorable learning environment - Collecting outstanding fees from parents within the specified time - Ensuring student retention and minimizing left-outs - Coordinating class announcements, maintaining the notice board, and organizing Parent-Teacher Meetings - Adhering to internal processes and compliance standards To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attitudes: Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree is a must - Preferred qualifications include BTech, MBA, Masters in Education, or equivalent Attitudes: - Customer Orientation - Sense of Ownership and Accountability - Result Orientation - Emotional Intelligence for effective teamwork Additionally, you should have the ability to handle students and parents empathetically and patiently, proficiency in Microsoft Office and email writing, fluency in English and Regional Language communication, and previous experience in customer handling across industries.
