Role Overview:

We are hiring Student Experience & Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of creating a positive and engaging learning journey for our students while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will support students throughout their course, manage academic coordination, and handle basic operational tasks that keep the academy running efficiently. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and passionate about both student success and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Experience:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for student queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Monitor student engagement and progress, offering guidance and support when needed.
  • Organize and conduct check-ins, feedback sessions, and interactive activities to enhance learning.
  • Act as a liaison between students and instructors to ensure smooth communication.
  • Identify challenges and proactively provide solutions to improve the student experience.

Operations:

  • Maintain accurate student records, engagement reports, and feedback logs.
  • Support enrollment and onboarding processes for new students.
  • Assist in scheduling classes, workshops, and meetings.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle basic reporting and documentation tasks to support management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; background in Psychology or Social Work
  • Experience in student support, academic coordination, operations, or customer experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
