Job Description

The Student Enquiry Officer will be acting as an ambassador for partner universities, this temporary position entails making outbound calls to prospective students and completing the necessary follow-ups as well as responding and redirecting emails. Role responsibilities: As a Student Enquiry Officer, your key responsibilities will include: Efficiently answering, screening, and transferring all calls to the right department; where necessary, assisting callers with general questions or taking messages. Conducting outbound call campaigns on undelivered emails and incomplete applications. Enter and maintain detailed and accurate prospect profiles via the CRM. Perform administrative duties such as data entry, responding to, and redirecting emails. And any other duties that fall within the scope and purpose of the role. Key skills and experience: To excel in this role, you should possess: Post-secondary school diploma or equivalent. Fluent in spoken and written English. Strong consideration will be given to candidates fluent in English. Excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with previous contact centre or customer service work experience. Be available to work a variety of day shifts, as well as weekends and statutory holidays. Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Well-organised, has good administration skills, and IT literate.
