Student Counselor

As a Student Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic and career pursuits. Your role will involve: - Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of IT careers and certifications to provide valuable insights to students. - Demonstrating effective communication skills to interact with students, understand their needs, and offer appropriate guidance. - Displaying active listening and empathy to build a strong rapport with students and address their concerns effectively. - Leveraging your career counseling expertise to assist students in making informed decisions about their educational and professional paths. - Using your knowledge of educational resources to recommend relevant materials and tools to students. - Demonstrating problem-solving abilities to help students overcome academic and career-related challenges. - Engaging in networking and relationship building to create opportunities for students and enhance their career prospects. - Adapting to technological advancements to provide up-to-date information and support to students. - Showcasing organizational skills to manage student records and appointments efficiently. - Upholding ethical judgment and confidentiality in all interactions with students. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in student counseling or a related field. - Any graduation degree. - Gender preference: Female.
