Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in our Trivandrum office. The Student Relation Officer will be responsible for guiding students through the admissions and visa application process, acting as a primary liaison between students and partnered universities. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing personalized advice, reviewing documentation, facilitating applications, and addressing inquiries regarding study abroad opportunities. The role also involves organizing events/workshops and maintaining accurate student records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to provide top-quality guidance and build trust with students.
• Ability to evaluate student profiles, assist with application processes, and prepare supporting documentation accurately.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage records, coordinate events, and handle inquiries efficiently.
• Familiarity with education systems, visa application processes, and the requirements of universities in international study destinations.
• Proficiency in using office tools, CRM software, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; experience in counseling or education consultancy is a plus.
